A Kodak Brownie camera at the age of 5 was all it took to ignite Pamela L. Velez's passion for photography. A self-taught photographer, Pamela truly realized her talent shortly after the birth of her children. What began as a photographic chronicle of her children's lives developed into a full-fledged, portrait and wedding photography business. In 1984, her Youngstown, Ohio-based business, Inner Vision Photography took form. In 1992 Pamela relocated to Pittsburgh, PA where she had to place her passion on low flame for a few short years. A chance opportunity (ordained by God no less) happened while attending a friend of a friend's wedding. The photographer became ill and Pamela 'just happened to be" armed with her camera. After shooting the wedding, she presented the couple with the most memorable wedding gift imaginable - their own album. Hold That Thought, Inc. was born from that experience. Hold That Thought eventually became 1i Studios en Theos (inspired by God). Pamela says "Creation is most majestic when it simply is what God created it to be…that includes us!" Pamela believes that she was created to photograph the world around her and with camera in hand, her creativity fuels her passion.

Pamela has done work for:
Allegheny Intermediate Unit Early Childhood Education, Pittsburgh Candle Company, Hosanna House, Covenant Church of Pittsburgh, Oakmont Candle Company, Wilcox A Design Solutions, Spirit-Filled Music Ministries, and the YWCA.
